Fueled by a commitment to community rights and resources, and our natural world, Katie joined EarthRights International's development team in the Fall of 2014. Katie graduated from the College of William & Mary with a B.A. Environmental Policy and Anthropology; upon graduation, she worked with Virginia Sea Grant to conduct research on coastal resources, which furthered her commitment to healthy communities and environmental protection. Prior to her work at EarthRights International, Katie worked as Development Associate to the Alice Ferguson Foundation, a regional environmental education non-profit that works to connect people to their environment. In addition to pursuing her aforementioned passions, Katie enjoys singing and playing music, running in the National Arboretum, and hiking.
