Billy oversees the EarthRights Schools in Southeast Asia, working with the training coordinators to implement their programs. He develops curriculum and teaches courses including English for Specific Purposes (ESP). Prior to joining ERI, Billy worked with Maryknoll promoting social justice through education and advocacy. He co-founded the Integrated Rural Development Center (IRDC), which serves farmers, especially women, in developing sustainable agricultural income generation projects. He also co-founded Ponsawan Child Development Center (PCDC) which serves disadvantaged ethnic minority children. Billy holds an undergraduate degree in Entomology from Oklahoma State University and MS in Agricultural Education from Oregon State University. He speaks English and Thai.
