Summary:
This report, through various case studies, demonstrates the urgency of providing critical information about a company’s operations. In an effort to protect the environment and the lives and human rights of local communities and workers, International Right to Know (IRTK) is a coalition advocating for U.S. companies and those traded on U.S. stock exchanges (and their foreign subsidiaries and major contractors) to disclose information on their overseas operations.
