Intense management and leadership training to improve your skills and tools in project design and implementation, strategic donor engagement, and working with diverse people.

Intense and immersive skills training to become a better facilitator, improve the learning experience of the people you work with, and increase the impact of your workshops and other training activities.

To be eligible, you need to be an alumni of EarthRights’ training programs, and committed to full-time, active participation for 15 working days (3 weeks) to complete the course. You or your organization can apply to one or both of the training courses.
